The difference between stamping parts and die-casting parts
Kaifeng Shire Import and Export Co., LTD is a dynamic and innovative foreign trade company that was established in 1984 and specialises in the import and export of industrial parts. The company is mainly involved in two types of products, namely stamping parts/metal stamping and die casting/pressure casting. Stamping parts/metal stamping process uses a metal mold to apply pressure to a sheet of metal, causing it to deform plastically into a part of the desired shape. Stamped parts are characterised by thinness, uniformity, lightness and strength. It is suitable for high precision, high volume production, but often involves complex manufacturing processes and long lead times. Materials commonly used for stamping include cold-rolled sheet, galvanized sheet/galvanized plate, stainless steel, copper aluminium alloy. These materials are subjected to tensile, compressive and bending forces during the stamping process to change shape and size. The advantages of stamped parts are that they are highly efficient, accurate, cost-effective, suitable for mass production, and capable of producing complex and sharply contoured parts. However, stamping also has disadvantages, it requires high precision of molds, complex manufacturing process, high cost and long production cycle, while stamping has limited applicability to small-scale production and it is difficult to meet the high precision requirements...
